Finance Manager
Jordan is an Associate Certified Public Accountant (CPA (T)). He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Corporate Finance from University of Dodoma.
He is working with Empower Society Transform Lives (ESTL) as Head of Finance. He worked with AUDIT and BUSINESS ADVISORY ALLIANCE (ABA Alliance) as Audit Manager from 2014-2017. He joined BDO East Africa 2013-2014 as Audit Supervisor from KPMG Tanzania who worked as an Assistant Auditor to Senior Auditor level.
He did a number of Audit Assignments with different donor funded projects. These include; PACT Tanzania(Partner audit); Oxfam GB (Organizational and partner Audits); Oxfam Intermon(Organizational and partner audits); Search for Common Grounds (SFCG); Tanzania Public Health Association (TPHA); Tanzania Girl Guide Association (TGGA); Tanzania Media Women Association (TAMWA-specific project); Uzima Kwa Sanaa (UZIKWASA); Southern African Human Rights Non-Government Organizations Networks (SAHRiNGON); Agenda participation (USAID funded project); Save the children funded projects via PACT Tanzania (AFNET, HACOCA Morogoro urban & village, Blue cross Morogoro); Resource Oriented Development Initiative (RODI – Sumbawanga), MVIWATA (Organizational Audit), TFCG-Project Audit, CSSC USAID funded MCP Project, CSSC CDC funded ART Project, Bugando Medical Centre – CDC ART Project, Burundi Girl Guide Association (BGGA); Rwanda Girl Guide Association (RGGA); Denish Church Aid in South Sudan (DCA), TGNP, Counsenuth, BRiTTEN.
However, he audited telecommunications, mining and financial institutions such as PUSH Mobile Media Co. LTD, PUSH Observer, Six Telecom Co. Ltd; SAGEMCOM Telecommunication and Energy Company Ltd, National Oil Company Limited and Unit Trust Fund (UTT) as well as Maendeleo Bank PLC.
