ESTL to ensure the improved access to quality education and water supply and sanitation services in targeted LGAs has aimed at improving advocacy for increased budget allocation to education and water and sanitation in target LGAs, facilitating access to improved quality water supply to the local community, capacity development in the management of water resources through the basin approach and improved learning and teaching environment among others.
