ESTL in collaboration with German Cooperation (GIZ) is implementing the project aimed to improve the dialogue between the state and citizens through strengthening both the demand for and supply of information on public finance issues.

Additionally, the programme geared to strengthen the effectiveness of women, youth and people with disabilities fund (WYPwD), a local mechanism funding small scale business projects by disadvantaged groups. The project is currently implemented in Ikungi and Singida Municipal councils.
