Joshua Ntandu

Joshua graduated BSc in Computer Science from Dublin Institute of Technology (DIT), Ireland, 2013. He is a Founder and CEO of Empower society Transform Lives (ESTL) organization.

He had been working with Power Computer Telecommunication Company Limited (PCTL) 2014 -2016 as e-Business Manager and Trainer of e-Business and Understanding Business Organizations. In 2011 he worked with National Microfinance Bank (NMB) Head Office at department of ICT as E-Banking Officer.

Since 2016 to update He is working as the CEO of ESTL –Tanzania. ESTL is National level NGO strives to provide technological solutions (ICT) that significantly facilitate and improve the process of health care delivery, provision of education services, sustainable protection of the natural environment as well as promotion of ending gender-based and human rights violations.

As the CEO, He reports to the board and works with the board to establish short and long-term objectives and related plans and policies with reflect to national and international priorities and goals. He is a link between the Board and Staff as well as oversees the ESTL financial structure, ensures adequate and sound funding for the mission and goals of the institution. He ensures the institution is complying with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and standards. Also, He builds trust relations with government, partners and other stakeholders and act as a point of contact.
